Party over
We had the July birthday party a couple of weeks early tonight. About 20 of our friends came for burgers, brats, cake, and home made ice cream. I'm still stuffed.
I think I've found an easy way to do parties. My boss catered most of the 'real food': meat, baked beans, slaw, and potato salad. We did the vegie tray, desserts and condiments. It was the most stress-free gathering I've ever hosted (hostessed?). Of course, the fact that I had six people to help me clean the house sure didn't hurt!
Yep. Catering is the way to go.
Tomorrow the Boys go home, and I start packing for Rendezvous.
